Neuromancer Elite

The game has two components:

In the world map, players are trying to root out the AI's infection by scanning servers all over the globe.

When an infection is found, players enter a hacking minigame where they get swarmed by enemies that can't be attacked directly. Instead, players must evade and convert enemies into allies to survive until the disinfection has been completed.
